Delivery Within the UAE


Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 business days (depending on your location).
Same-Day Delivery (Dubai Only): Available for select areas on orders placed before 2:00 PM.
Free Delivery: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above AED 299.
For orders below AED 299, a small delivery fee of AED 20 applies.

Order Processing


All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery in real time.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.

Delivery Restrictions


We do not currently offer international shipping.
Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or military bases.
In case of unreachable locations, our courier partner will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery point.

Payments can be made securely online through credit/debit card or cash on delivery (COD).
After your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed for dispatch.
